Encouraging Those Who Encourage Others
Behind every thriving church is a pastor who has faithfully answered God's call. Ministry can be both joyful and challenging, especially in remote villages where encouragement and practical support are limited.
We believe those who faithfully care for others should also be cared for. Through prayer, training, fellowship, and practical support, we encourage pastors to remain strong in their faith and confident in their calling.
Together, we are strengthening those who are taking the Gospel to places that may otherwise never hear it.
Why We Support Pastors
Jesus called His followers to go into all the world and make disciples. Across rural Andrah Pradesh - India, our pastors are answering that call with remarkable faithfulness. Each looking after a village, sharing the Gospel, discipling new believers, praying for the sick, and bringing the hope of Christ to communities where many have never heard His name.
Their ministry is transforming lives, but it often comes at a personal cost. Many serve with very limited financial resources while faithfully caring for their own families and the communities God has entrusted to them.
By supporting our pastors, you become part of God's work in reaching villages with the love, truth, and hope of Jesus Christ.
Pastor Care
Our pastors are more than ministry partners; they are family. We invest in their spiritual growth through teaching, discipleship, and encouragement, while also providing practical support that enables them to continue serving their communities with faith and perseverance.
When pastors are strengthened, churches are strengthened. When churches are strengthened, entire communities can be transformed by the Gospel.
Our Vision
We envision every village having the opportunity to hear the Good News of Jesus Christ through faithful local pastors who know their communities, speak their language, and love the people they serve.
By raising up, equipping, and encouraging pastors, we are investing in a lasting work that will continue for generations to come.
Life in the Villages
Behind every village church is a faithful pastor who has answered God's call to serve wherever He sends them.
Each of our pastors cares for one or more surrounding villages, faithfully shepherding believers while reaching those who have never heard the Good News of Jesus Christ. Their ministry extends far beyond Sunday services. They pray with families, visit the sick and elderly, encourage those who are struggling, disciple new believers, mentor children and young people, and provide hope in communities where life is often difficult.
Sunday church can look very different from what many of us know. A congregation may gather in a simple mud home, a small room, beneath the shade of a tree, or under the verandah. Wherever they meet, the Church comes together to worship, pray, and hear God's Word.
Travelling between villages is often not easy. Many pastors walk long distances along dusty roads, while others must hire a tuk-tuk when villages are too far apart. These travel costs quickly become a burden, yet they continue to go because they know every village represents people who need to hear the hope of the Gospel.
Through countless conversations, prayers, Bible studies, home visits, children's ministry, and regular worship services, they are planting seeds of faith that are transforming families and entire communities.

Intentional Structure
Bibles & Ministry Resources
God's Word is transforming lives across the villages of rural India.
Our pastors faithfully share the Gospel, disciple new believers, lead Bible studies, encourage families, and care for their congregations. Yet our pastors have very few resources beyond their own well-worn Bible. New believers often long for a Bible of their own but simply cannot afford one.
By providing Bibles, devotionals, teaching materials, and discipleship resources, you are equipping pastors, their wives, and village believers to grow in their faith and confidently share the hope of Jesus with others.

For many believers, receiving their very first Bible is a treasured moment they never forget. It becomes a constant companion, read with family, shared with neighbours, and carried from village to village as the Good News continues to spread.

It is still a while until Christmas, but what better time to think ahead and begin preparing for Christmas at the Centre?
Christmas is a very special time for the pastors and children. It is the only time in the year that the children receive a new set of clothes, making it a particularly meaningful celebration.
We hope to provide a special Christmas feast for the pastors , children and all those who faithfully serve at the Centre. Our heart is to give each person a small gift as a tangible expression of love and appreciation.
We are asking our prayer warriors to join us in praying for God's provision, and we are also inviting those who feel able to help contribute towards making this Christmas a joyful and memorable celebration for everyone.
Pastors, children, teachers, staff and everyone who is part of this ministry - together we celebrate not only Christmas, but the joy of belonging to one ministry, one family and one shared mission in Christ.
Monthly gatherings
Our pastors are at the heart of the work happening in the villages. All of them serve in places where resources are limited and life itself can be a daily challenge.
A gift of ₹2,000 ~ $35 helps make their lives a little easier and reminds them that they are not serving alone. It is a simple way of saying:
"We see you. We value you. We care about you and the work God has entrusted to you."
This regular support gives our pastors encouragement and a greater sense of stability as they faithfully serve their communities.
Bringing Our Pastors Together
Our pastors also need opportunities to come together, receive encouragement and training, pray, share their experiences and simply enjoy fellowship with one another.
A gift of ₹10,000 (~$175) each month covers the cost of one monthly trip for all our pastors to come to the Centre for a time of training, fellowship, encouragement and sharing a meal together.
These gatherings are precious opportunities for them to strengthen one another, learn together, share the challenges they face in their villages, and return to their congregations refreshed and encouraged.

Testimonies
What a Wonderful Testimony
In Pastor Joseph’s village, a young man who was once strongly opposed to the Christian faith and even threatened Pastor Joseph has experienced a remarkable transformation.
He has now accepted Jesus as his Saviour, been baptised, and begun a new life in Christ. His heart has changed so much that he is now encouraging Pastor Joseph to do even more for Jesus in the village.
Pastor Joseph faithfully works among the people, holding regular weekly programmes and spending time building relationships within the community. His dedication is making a real difference, helping people discover the love of Jesus and grow closer to Him each day.
What a beautiful reminder that no heart is beyond God's reach!
A New Gospel Outreach Program
A new weekly Gospel outreach has begun, bringing together people from a larger village and the surrounding smaller villages. Pastors from the area work together to lead these meetings, creating an opportunity for many people to hear the Gospel who may never have heard it before.
By God’s grace, the first meeting was a wonderful success. Many people listened carefully to the message, and the Holy Spirit touched hearts. Twenty-five people from five villages expressed a desire to follow Jesus, accept Him as their Saviour and prepare for baptism.
The message encouraged new believers to welcome Jesus into their homes and taught those already following Him how to make their homes a place where His presence is welcomed.
We pray that these weekly gatherings will continue to grow, bringing hope and igniting faith in many more lives throughout the region.

Pray for God's protection over our pastors, their wives, children and families as they travel between villages and serve in their communities. Pray for wisdom, strength and protection from every form of opposition.
🚪 Open Doors & Opportunities
Pray that God would open doors for our pastors to reach people who do not yet know Jesus. Pray for divine appointments, new relationships and opportunities to share the Gospel in homes, villages and communities.

Pray that our pastors would be filled with the Holy Spirit and have faith to pray for those who are sick, hurting or in need. Pray for healing, breakthrough, restoration and miracles that point people to Jesus.
Our pastors faithfully serve Jesus in villages where there are many needs and often very few resources. They need our prayers just as much as they need our practical support.
